Serving size 1/4 of pizza. 350 cals | 15g fat | 29g carb | 25g protein Dough: 1-1/2 cups Kodiak Power Cakes Mix 2 Tbs. olive oil 6 Tbs. warm water Sauce: 1/4 cup salsa 2 Tbs. peanut butter 1 tsp. Honey 1 tsp. Coconut aminos or soy sauce Toppings: 1/2 cup chicken, cooked & chopped 1 cup Shredded carrots Handful spinach, chopped 1/4 cup red onions, chopped or sliced 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Green onions Cilantro 1 Tbs. chopped peanuts 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 2. Mix Kodiak Cakes with oil and water until well combined. Should be a little sticky. Add more water if it seems too dry. Form into a ball. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and roll out into a circle. 3. Blend all sauce ingredients in a blender until smooth or stir together for a more chunky texture. Spread sauce over dough. 4. Sprinkle half of cheese over sauce and layer spinach, chicken, carrots, red onion and other half of sauce. Bake for 10 minutes. 5.
