banana treat



1 banana, sliced
1/3 cup canned coconut milk
1 Tbs. Unsweetened shredded coconut
1 Tbs. Chopped pecans
Drizzle of honey
Dash of cinnamon
1. Place bananas, milk, coconut and pecans in a bowl. Microwave for 30 seconds, stir. Top with honey and cinnamon 😋 I usually have some egg whites or a protein shake on the side to balance the macros.
