PUMPKIN CHOCOLATE CHIP WAFFLES


Makes 10 servings. 1/2 cup each.
3 cups @kodiakcakes power cakes
2 cups water
1 cup pumpkin purée
3 whole eggs
1/2 Tbs. Pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup extra dark chocolate chips {Guittard}
1. Heat waffle iron.
2. Whisk Kodiak Cakes, water, pumpkin, eggs & spices together. Add chocolate chips last.
3. Spray waffle iron and pour in 1/2 cup mix. Enjoy warm with a drizzle of raw honey or pure maple syrup.
Macros without topping:
200 calories; 7g fat; 26g carb; 11g protein
