Maple Pecan Oats



1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
1 tsp. Chia seeds
1 tsp. Hemp seeds
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
1/3 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 banana, sliced
1 Tbs. chopped pecans
1 tsp. Pure maple syrup
Dash cinnamon
Stir together first six ingredients. Top with bananas, pecans, cinnamon & maple syrup
375 calories; 12g fat; 47g carb; 21g protein
