Creamy Corn & Bacon Casserole
24 oz. frozen sweet yellow corn 
• 2 T butter 
• 1/4 cup minced yellow onion 
• 1/2 t salt 
• 1/4 cup celery, thinly sliced 
• 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp & crumbled 
• 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 
1️⃣Cook bacon and crumble. Set aside. 
2️⃣Preheat oven to 350. 
3️⃣Melt butter in a large saucepan. Add onions and stir until transparent. Add salt, corn and celery. Stir until heated through. Remove from heat.
