Chocolate Drizzled Caramel Corn |


You'll need:
8-10 cups popped popcorn {I buy a big bag of sea salt skinny pop}
1/2 cup all natural peanut butter or almond butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup dark or milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1. Pour popcorn into a large bowl.
2. Melt peanut butter & honey together in a pot over medium heat. Stir until pourable.
3. Pour over popcorn and stir until well coated. Pour out onto a sheet of wax paper to cool.
4. Microwave chocolate chip flavors in two separate bowls 30 seconds at a time until completely melted. Stir. Pour milk or dark chocolate into a Ziploc sandwich bag. Cut a small hole in one corner and drizzle over the popcorn. Repeat with the white chocolate. Let cool. Once the chocolate is hardened, store in a bag or Tupperware.
