Hulk Cakes



You'll need:
2 whole eggs
4 egg whites
1 cup 2% cottage cheese
1 cup rolled oats
1/2 banana
2 servings @xrsystrems Vanilla Bean Pure Nutrition Protein Powder
2 cups spinach
1 tsp. baking powder
1. Heat griddle to low/med heat.
2. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Let batter sit about 5 minutes to thicken.
3. Spray griddle with cooking spray and carefully pour batter. Makes 22-24 pancakes. **They burn easily, so watch carefully!! These are super thin and super delicious! We eat ours hot or cold on the go! I typically like to add a little peanut butter, berries and Walden Farms SF FF syrup 👍🏻 MACROS PER PANCAKE using the Crossroads powder: 50 cals; 1g fat; 5g carb; 5g protein
