Ingredients: 
- 6 chicken breasts or 12 cutlets
 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
 - 1/2 lemon, juiced
 - 1 lime, juiced
 - 1/2 orange juiced
 - 3 tbsp dijon mustard
 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
 - 1/4 cup olive oil
 - 1/4 cup maple syrup
 - 1 1/2 tsp sea salt
 - pepper to taste
 
Method:
- Combine garlic, lemon juice, lime juice, orange juice, dijon, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, maple syrup, sea salt and pepper in a large container or plastic bag.
 - Add chicken and allow to marinade for at least 2 hours to overnight (overnight is best).
 - Grill until breasts are cooked through.
 - Enjoy as a side or not op of a fresh garden salad.
