Cocobean shake


1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
3/4 banana, frozen
1 serving vanilla or chocolate protein powder
2 Tbsp. @criobru ground cocoa beans
1/2 Tbsp. Coconut oil
8-10 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in the blender. Blend until smooth.
305 calories; 10g fat; 30g carb; 24g protein

Sweet Acai Smoothie



1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
@sambazon Acai Berry Superfruit Pack
1 frozen banana
1 clementine
1 cup frozen baby kale
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 Tbs. raw honey
4-6 ice cubes
Blend until smooth!!

1 cup unsweetened cashew milk
1/2 serving vanilla protein powder {@belovedblends is my new favorite}
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/4 of a banana
1/2 Tbs. all natural peanut butter
8 ice cubes

Sweet Cherry Almond Freeze

 

1 cup milk of choice
1/4 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
1 cup frozen pitted dark sweet cherries
1/2 serving vanilla protein powder
1 Tbs. almond butter
1 dropper vanilla stevia drops
1/2 tsp. Almond extract
6-8 ice cubes
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!

PUMPKIN PIE PARFAIT



2/3 cup nonfat, plain Greek yogurt
1 dropper full, French Vanilla stevia drops
2 Tbs. pumpkin purée
Dash cinnamon
Dash pumpkin pie spice
1/4 cup rolled oats, uncooked
1 Tbs. pecans, chopped
1 tsp. raw honey
1. Mix yogurt, stevia, pumpkin & spices together in a jar. Top with oats, pecans & honey. Store in fridge until ready to eat.
2. I like to add a couple Tablespoons of almond milk just before eating, then stirring all that goodness together 😋 

Chocolate Speckled Frosty



1 cup unsweetened milk {cashew, almond, coconut}
1/2 serving chocolate protein powder (i like to use Body Fortress Whey protein, chocolate peanut butter flavor)
1 banana, frozen
1/4 cup cottage cheese
35 dark chocolate chips
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
12 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a high-powered blender & blend until smooth 😋 275 calories; 36g carb; 5g fat; 23g protein
